Founder Tammy Ma has been a practicing lash artist since 2012 when she received her first Classic Lash Certification.

Tammy specialized in Marketing and HR while completing her Business Degree at the University of Alberta, and from early on has been immersed in digital marketing and social media connectivity through her first online makeup review blog in 2009. After graduating, she went into residential real estate sales then after four years received the prestigious CHBA’s bronze award in 2016 for selling $15M in Real Estate that year and received the honorary Brad Vogesang Award with Hopewell Residential later that year.

Tammy went on to help create one of Edmonton’s most beloved caramel candies under the former name Caramia Caramels. Her marketing expertise helped splash the pages of every major news outlet in the city including the Edmonton Journal, Examiner, live interviews with CTV Edmonton and every food blog in the city. In 2017, she won the Alberta Farmer’s Market Marketing Award for her work with Caramia.

She has since then devoted herself to beauty and founded Keravie Lash Loft in September 2018 and co-directs GEL Lashes Canada. Her lifelong passion is in teaching and inspiring others to not only to further themselves in their own career paths, but to help make the lash industry a better place by pushing for greater standards of lashes in Canada.

Most recently in 2019, Tammy won Platinum First Place at the Royal Canadian Lash Competition in Vancouver for Lash Lifting.
