24 Hour Cancellation and Reschedule, and Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason up to 24 hours of your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged a flat $50 fee. If you cannot make your appointment and fail to notify us, 100% of the appointment will be charged.
A valid credit is required to book and hold all lash appointments. In the event you do not meet the requirements within our cancellation policy, your credit card on file will be charged.
If you are unhappy with the results of your service for any reason, please reach out to us within 3 days of your service so we can provide you with a complimentary 30 minute appointment to fix your lash extensions (must be booked within 5 days of your initial service), or a complimentary Keratin Lash Re-Lift or Brow Lamination (must be booked within 7 days of your initial service).
Exchange and Refunds
All eye care products are final sale for hygiene reasons.
Due to the nature of our business, all service sales are final sale. No refunds or exchanges on service sales.
Defective items are eligible for an exchange within 14 days of the purchase date.
Lash Extensions From Other Lash Studios
Because we are so committed to quality workmanship and lash health, unfortunately we do not fill over lash extensions completed outside our studio. However we are happy to offer complimentary lash removals with the booking of any new set of lashes completed within the same day. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
